Overview

I am a historian of Modern European History, focusing on Spain and Southern Europe. I am particularly interested in the relationship between fascism, the gendered participation of women in these regimes, and the development of the Spanish fascist state as both an international and domestic body. I am working on a history of the involvement of women in the fascist global movement more broadly. I am engaged in cultural and intellectual history, as well as a grounding in political theory.
